Shipping and Handling
We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day, excluding Bank Holidays (Monday-Friday).
For orders outside of the UK please note that we cannot guarantee delivery time and that all orders are placed at the customer’s own risk. Please check before ordering as to the legality the oil as any packages that are held by the local customs of the customers country will be the customer’s responsibility. HerbiGold is not responsible for any extra taxes, duties or fees required outside of the UK.
Postage costs vary according to your country. You can see the postage costs as you check out of the online shop. Please check these at the checkout before you confirm your order Delivery Schedule
Although we can’t guarantee it, we do our utmost to ensure that all orders placed before 9 pm within the UK are dispatched the next working day, unless otherwise stated. Depending on the weight and contents of your order, we either use a next-day courier service or a first-class postage service. Your order may need to be signed for, so if you’re not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.
We are happy for your package to be left in the perimeters of your property or with work colleagues at your specific request. However, in these circumstances, we are wholly unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur.
Tracked & Signed for Delivery – Prices start from £4.50 by Royal Mail and is determined by weight. Most orders will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days, although some areas may be slightly longer.
EU Deliveries – All orders below 2kg will be delivered via Royal Mail and calculated by weight at checkout. We cannot ship orders above 2kg outside of the UK
International Deliveries – All orders from outside of the EU are posted by Royal Mail and calculated at checkout.
All returns must be authorised by HerbiGold prior to return via email or telephone. You can return any item for a refund within 14 days after the day of receiving your original order. Only the cost of the product will be refunded not the cost of the postage.
All returned goods must arrive in a saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging. Any returns must be sent via Royal Mail at your expense, we suggest you send it Signed for as the return of the package is your responsibility and refund will not be made until it is received. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to process
